The Device Shop offers free diagnostics* and estimates on all MacBook Pros.  Bring in your device to either Westfield, Times Square, or Union City, NJ and a technician will diagnose your device and call you back with an estimate if we’re not able to diagnose it on the spot.

If your device has a common issue, such as a broken screen, LCD, touch pad, or weak battery, we’ll be able to quote you while you wait. If your device has potential liquid damage, it’s running slowly, doesn’t turn on, or overheats, it could be a multitude of issues and more than likely we’ll have to take the computer apart to see what’s going on inside.
