If your device has a common issue, such as a broken screen we’ll be able to quote you while you wait. If your device has potential liquid damage, it’s running slowly, doesn’t turn on, or overheats, it could be a multitude of issues and more than likely we’ll have to take the computer apart to see what’s going on inside.
